PREMARIN Storage Instructions: Premarin should be stored at room temperature, in a sealed container and way from direct sunlight.
PREMARIN Missed Dose: If you miss a dose of Premarin take it as soon as you remember, except if it's close to the time for the next dose. If this is the case, skip the last dose and resume your normal schedule:
PREMARIN Side Effects: The most common side effects of Premarin are: cramps, vaginal bleeding, vaginal spotting, bloating, blood clots, breast pain, increased body hair, leg cramps, breast swelling, high blood pressure, breast cancer cysts, and decreased calcium in the blood, gallbladder disease, itchy spots, and inflamed pancreas. If you have any of these or any effect not mentioned here contact your doctor.
Special Precautions with PREMARIN: If you have not had a hysterectomy your chance to get endometrial and uterine cancer increases when taking estrogen therapy. Make sure your doctor is aware of this. Do not take estrogen during a pregnancy.
